Rules & Regulation of the college

1. Students must be punctual & regular in their attendance. Students who do not have a minimum of 75% attendance for both theory and practical may not be allowed to appear the examination.
2. Student should not take any personal floppy of cd inside the computer laboratory.
3. Students are required to handle the equipments provided to them with due care. Any damage to equipments resulting from carelessness/mishandling by the student will be the student's responsibility and he/she may be required to make up for the same.
4. Parents are requested to attend parents meeting organized by the college regularly.
5. For officialy meeting parents are requested to contact the front office over telephone in between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. During such meeting, they are not allowed to meet their wards.
6. Parents must be very cautious in nominating a local guardian. He/she must be a responsible person with minimum age of 40 years. One attested copies of passport size colour photograph of the parents & local guardian with signature must be attatched. Local guardians have to follow the instructions applicable to local guardians/parents.
7. Parents are requested to report & mention in the application form at the time of admission regarding their ward(s) chronic disease, if any.
8. Frequent visit of parents & local guardians other than specific days are strictly restricted.
9. At the beginning of each academic session the students are required to clear all other fees along with the prescribed course fees.
10. Once the admission is over on payment of requisite fees, no refund shall be made.
11. Other fees like institution development fee, identity card, cultural activities, internal examination etc, shall be collected at the time of admission.
12. The institute reserves the right to punish through fines. Reporting to the parents and/or suspension for one year & reporting to the police.
13. The institute reserves the right to expel the student from the hostel or from the institute depending on the seriousness of the offence. There will not be any refund of fees if a student is expelled.
14. The institute reserves the right to define other acts of indiscipline when required.
15. The punishment or any form of ragging or harassment by old students to the new students, will be viewed as a serious offence & if detected may lead to expulsion from the institute.
